Therapeutic Writing

We run Therapeutic Writing Groups for people interested in writing with a difference. The groups are run to help people express themselves without being bogged down with etiquette.
Most people participating experience the therapeutic benefits at the end of the group. By writing and reading back the writing you benefit in two ways. One by physically writing out your story and two by listening to other people's stories.
Often when participants find it difficult to talk about their problems they find it easier to write about them, and this is where they benefit also from being in a group setting.
Although we do organise groups occassionally, most groups come together through organisations who meet regularly and invite us in to run the creative writing workshops.
Companies use the writing groups as benefits for employees instead of running huge conferences, they are now seeing the benefits from small writing workshops.
